Il primo errore l'ho risolto con:
rm -r ~/.pulse*
Il secondo aggiungendo questa riga nella sezione [Service]:
Environment=DISPLAY=:0
Ora il servizio resta attivo ma mi resta un errore:
# systemctl status -l fluidsynth.service
