Se fosse fattore temperatura (guardano nel bios e' tutto regolare)
dovrebbe farmi lo stesso "giochetto" installando ubuntu 18.04, cosa che
invece non accade.

guardando i log, che riporto qui sotto, qualche problema c'è, sia
sulla scheda di rete che per la CPU 0 (magari supera la temperatura
massima perché manca o è insufficiente la pasta). Io proverei con una
live e verificherei le temperature e le CPU.
