Ciao, è abbastanza strano, perchè con le hfresh e vfresh che hai messo al meno dovrebbe andare 640x480. Il tuo monitor è vecchio? Puoi mandare il log completo pls? Cmq il problema potrebbe essere da qualche altra parte, magari nel driver sis, hai provato ad usare il driver vesa?
