1 - non fare cross-posting cioè inviare lo stesso messaggio a più mailing list: a molti non piace. 2 - formattare i messaggi in solo testo e non in html. 3 - utilizzare la lingua italiana essendo questa un mailing list in italiano. 4 - sforzarti di scrivere meglio anche se l'inglese non è la tua lingua madre. Riguardo al tuo problema mi chiedo: cosa intendi con "more files is missing on site"? Che tipo di installer stai usando? In ogni caso hai provato con un altro mirror?
