FWIW, this is also my POV after reading some of the discussions.


However, if debian-legal decides that this in incorrect, I'll move my packages back to contrib. I don't want to maintain packages when building them with the "wrong" core classes implementation causees them to be undistributable. In this case I might even have to add build conflicts with all GPL'ed class libraries. :-(
