Hi, I would like to get Java running on my Debian box. What is the best procedure?
I have heard about various different Javas: Sun, IBM, Blackdown, Kafe(?), ... So, I wonder what the differences are and which advantages each has. Are there any Debian packages for woody available? I have noticed several packages with java in there name, but no jdk or sdk. So, where can I find them? Bye, Steffen
