JPEG image writer in libgcj

Hi Gerardo,

I noticed that in your pacakge libitext-java you use the javax.imageio 
interfaces to encode JPEG images. Did you check if this works with libgcj? I 
have problem packaging stylebook, which requires a JPEG encoder, and it seems 
that nothing is returned by ImageIO.getImageWritersByFormatName("JPEG").
