The RC bug has been closed, but moving argouml, libgef-java and arbortext-catalog to xerces2 should be done. And then, remove xerces1.

popcon reports 516 installs, versus 22756 for libxerces2-java. For the dependents, there are 172 of argouml, 222 of libgef-java and 67 of arbortext-catalog, so apparently some people did install it separately. Nevertheless I don't think it makes sense to keep it in lenny.
