Hi Eugene, Thank you for working on these RC bugs. Note that the repacked upstream orig.tar.gz can can't be uploaded with same upstream version in the package version (everything up until the last '-'; see [0]). Options are to either bump the upstream_version part of the field, e.g. 3.1.1+dfsg2-1, or to repack to the latest upstream version, 3.1.9.
