Hi, I tried to backport bnd for Jessie but the build failed with some problem I considered to be solved by switching to openjdk-8 (in Jessie 7 is default). Unfortunately this causes new build problems. If it might be helpful to post the actual errors I could do but may be you confirm first what Java version might be required for bnd and than I'll post the fitting build problem.
