Hello, As a freshly retired developer, I dreamt to help in debian-java projects. I could develop in Java, though it was only a very small part of my former occupation.
I tried to learn your building process, but I failed. Despite the help I received from Julien Plissonneau (I thank him very much for that), I still cannot set up a fully working environment, and I still cannot understand enough the messages on the debian-java mailing. Worse, I cannot see the discussions on the IRC debian-java channel: I tried with Polari, had some success at the beginning (a few messages sent and received), but it does not work anymore on my PC. All of this is very frustrating for me, it's above my capabilities. Unsuscribing today, but full of respect for your work and engagement. Fairwell to you all.
