This is what I do as well. With a few exceptions, the KDE developers are uniformly polite, helpful, and prompt. Some bugs do sit around unassigned for ages, but generally only when they're minor, not when the project manager doesn't want to bother forwarding them to the appropriate developer. -- -Nick Pilon
