I have problems with getting the swedish е, д and ц letters to work in kde2.2.1. It works as normal in some applications like konsole, kate and kword, but in the text editor, konqueror and kmail it doesn't work unless i hold down the ctrl key when i type it.
Does anyone know the reason for this?
