As reported, the flash plugins are registered multiple times in netscape plugins configuration of konqueror, and pages that require flash spawn download page from macromedia. On debian sid versions of konqueror (4:2.2.1.0-6) and kdelibs3 (4:2.2.1-14) there's something funny going on: Check the first WARNING.
