The core packages are in a constant state of flux. I just found 108
files in kdebase which were not in any package. Last time I did kdebase,
a couple of weeks ago, there were none.

But kde 3.1 packages are mostly buildable from CVS if you have the time
to fix the added, moved or removed files.
