Yes, it has been fixed in kde 2.2.2 (Woody). See DSA-155 (http://www.debian.org/security/2002/dsa-155) [not there yet, but that should be the correct URI]. The mail was sent to debian-security-announce at 2002-08-21 11:32:17. It states that kdelibs package 2.2.2-13woody.2 is fixed, but the version is sid is not yet fixed (will be fixed in version 2.2.2-14 and higher).
