console-data is from the main Debian archive; Ralf has nothing to do
with it. That's your dist-upgrade pulling it in.

As for SDL, SDL provides aRts support, but only for the older aRts in
the archive, so looks like Ralf has provided SDL packages with support
for KDE 3.1's aRts.
