I  did  dpkg --i --force-all  
/var/cache/apt/archives/kdelibs-data_4%3a3.2.0-0woody1_all.deb
and all work's ok. I know that this is not very well but like 
workaround  it's ok.

if the file that is trying to overwrite  is a important file (like a 
library), this method is not advisable, but if is
*.desktop works fine.
