I'm watching to bug reports about Xembed support missing on konqueror on kde bug tracking system for weeks (http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=132138).
It seems that today Fedora devs have pushed out new kdelibs and kdebase packages (https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F7/FEDORA-2007-4602) that seems to fix the issues, including the patch referenced in the 132138 kde bug and maybe other fixes.
