I bet that has been due to the fact that Akonadi upgrade undid my MariaDB optimization in mysql.conf. I redid these optimizations at it feels to me that I am back at regular speed again. However, its a bit early to say this and its all my subjective impression anyway. Time will tell. -- Martin
