Argh, the build dependencies for kgpg were also satisfied by the 18.08 packages, that's why the buildds built it before the needed 19.08 packages were built. A simple rebuild should fixes this. But this shows on the other hand that the virtual package based system stops you to mix packages that are build against different KDEPIM versions. hefee
