Will -14 will be an ABI change from -12 or not? > m68k: version in Sarge: 2.6.8-12 > > http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/kernel/trunk/kernel/m68k/kernel-image-2.6.8-m68k-2.6.8/debian/changelog?op=file&rev=0&sc=0 Since svn has version -1, it's hard to tell. However AFAIK nothing actually uses this unless it's installed by hand. > powerpc: version in Sarge: 2.6.8-12 > > http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/kernel/trunk/kernel/powerpc/kernel-patch-powerpc-2.6.8-2.6.8/debian/changelog?op=file&rev=0&sc=0 Some of the config changes in -16 look like they could break d-i. Only one of those modules needs to be in a udeb and we'll have to start changing linux-kernel-di. I didn't check them all but fdomain and fdomain_cs are both in udebs. Does not seem appropriate for a security update. (Not sure where versions 13-15 went.) -- see shy jo
