Dear Maintainer,

this bug also breaks docker using overlayfs in a similar matter.

Most likely the bug was fixed by commit 
198fad68fb3a019fc4434d0a9830a84e1910f400 in kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git,
which is a backport of upstream fix d101a125954eae1d397adda94ca6319485a50493.  
This fix is part of v4.5.2.
