Yes, but those guys need to play with the rules also, and produce something usable for debian, and not some ugly hack which works only on some random x86 flavour. Also, i beleive there is nothing arch-specific in their stuff, so they could as well enable support for more than just x86, at least for those arches they can easily get a build machine for.
