Hello kernel developers, i am sorry but i must increase the severity of this bug because i can't use the serial interfaces any more! After i switched off the server and rebooted the interfaces are not working any more. I get permanent input/output errors acessing the serial interfaces. This is independent the driver mcs9865 is loaded.
Please help, otherwise Debian 9.0 can't be used if you want to use serial interfaces.
