Package: linux-image-amd64 Version: 4.19+102 Severity: normal Dear Maintainers,
a wide range of budget x86 tablets make use of Silead touchscreen controllers. A driver for Silead touchscreen controllers was added to the Linux kernel a few years ago, but it's not being built in the Debian kernel images at the moment. To enable it, the following build configuration options would have to be set: CONFIG_TOUCHSCREEN_SILEAD=m CONFIG_TOUCHSCREEN_DMI=y (https://github.com/onitake/gsl-firmware/issues/114#issuecomment-475989938) Could you consider enabling these options for future builds? Thank you very much!
