Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
linux-headers-amd64 : Depends: linux-headers-5.10.0-0.bpo.8-amd64 (=
5.10.46-4~bpo10+1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
I expected that the linux-headers-amd64 package would install from
buster-backports without any issues.
* Suspected cause.
I suspect that the linux-headers-amd64 package from buster-backports is not
installable because. The linux-headers-amd64_5.10.46-4~bpo10+1 depends on
linux-headers-5.10.0-0.bpo.8-amd64_5.10.46-2~bpo10+1 but only
linux-headers-5.10.0-0.bpo.8-amd64_5.10.46-4~bpo10+1 is available and thus a
mismatch emerge and the installation fails.
