It means that 2.6.14 will be in sid at least until 2.6.15 comes out, and svn directory policy changes asside, 2.6.14 should live in sid/linux-2.6 until then. At some time, trunk/linux-2.6 will probably become some pre-release of 2.6.15. And at some time we'll probably start focusing on that, rather than updating 2.6.14. But I anticipate that will be at least a month away, probably more like two months.
