Hi, I'd like to get people's opinion on releasing 2.6.14-3.
Here are some factors: * There are a number of changes in SVN, including 2.6.14.1/CVE-2005-2709 * The zero length udp problem has not been solved in 2.6.14.1, and this might mean that 2.6.14.2 comes out soon. Or we could just crab the patch, IIRC its a one or two-liner. http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.linux.kernel/346872 * Jurij tells me there are some sparc problems he is working on, but they should be sorted shortly. * Manoj is keen to get kernel-package 10.00X (X probably = 9) into unstable. Right now 9.008.4, which we have used before is there. If we are going to release in the next few days, I'd rather Manoj hold off. But if its going to be longer, then we probably have enoughy scope to debug any 10.00X and get kernel-package re-released before we make our relese.
