Thanks. The above commit was backported to several stable series, relevant for Debian are 5.10.200, 6.1.62, (6.5.11) and 6.6.1. Is the issue as well reproducible with the kernels 6.5.13-1 in testing, 6.6.9-1 in unstable? With those datapoints it might now be good if you can report it to upstream.
