I think I have the same problem on my HP Elite Mini 800 G9. I get exactly the same symptoms as the OP. I even tried with kernel 6.7 from backports, but got the same problems. I'm currently running Debian 11 with kernel 5.10.0-29, no issues so far (machine is up for about 2 days). Let me know what information can I provide to help addressing this issue. m.
