so the TL;DR; of this bug is that we just need to enable
DRM_NOUVEAU_GSP_DEFAULT + maybe take care that the matching firmware is
packaged, right?
Maybe the same effect can be achieved by using
nouveau.config=NvGspRm=1
on the kernel command-line.
