Hi I would like to upload linux version 6.18.7-1 to unstable, consisting of importing the two upstream stable versions 6.18.6 and 6.18.7.
Normally we wanted first to have 6.18.5-1 migrate to testing as it needs to superseed the upstream EOL 6.17.y series. But we have a dracut issue pending to be fixed in testing, #1124247. While waiting it can migrate, and since linux migration is blocked as well until dracut reaches testing in the fixed version I'm pondering to make the 6.18.7 upload already to catch up with upstream stable series. No packaging changes are included. Note we have yet addressed #1122357, but this is currently ignored by the release team until we have it addressed, work is in progress. Regards, Salvatore
