Bug Report: Kernel panic + persistent boot failure (reboot loop)Package: linux-image-6.19.11+kali-amd64Version: 6.19.11-1kali1Severity: important (boot failure + kernel panic affecting usability) Problem DescriptionOn a Dell Inspiron 3543 (BIOS A07, 10/16/2015), two separate but possibly related issues occur: Long‑standing boot failure (present for ~2 years): After pressing the power button → BIOS → GRUB → kernel starts loading. Within a few seconds of the boot process (text scrolling or early graphical stage), the machine suddenly powers off (cuts power) and automatically reboots. This cycle repeats 3–4 times before the system finally boots successfully to the login screen. Once booted, the system runs normally (except for the panic described below).
