Hello,
I am reporting a regression in the amdgpu driver affecting HDMI output
on a second display with "AMD A12-9800E RADEON R7 (4C+8G)" on all Debian
testing kernels newer than 6.16.12+deb14+1-amd64.
CPU/GPU : AMD A12-9800E RADEON R7
Distribution : Debian testing (forky)
Display server : X11
Last working kernel : 6.16.12+deb14+1-amd64
First broken kernel : all official Debian testing kernels above 6.16.12,
including 7.0
Since upgrading, the second display connected via HDMI is no longer
activated when X starts (black screen with no signal). The primary
display works normally. Rebooting on kernel 6.16.12 immediately restores
normal dual-monitor operation.
