Hi,

My complete .config is attached to this mail.
Thanks
Thanks for your feedback. I'm pretty sure that this bug occurs because in
your config CONFIG_I2C is set to 'M', and CONFIG_DVB_CX22700 is set to
'Y'. Then the i2c_transfer function is built as a part of I2C module, and
is not available in the kernel, so linking fails. That normally should
not happen, I'll try to figure out what's wrong and submit a bug report
upstream. In the meantime, try changing your config in such a way that
both CONFIG_I2C and CONFIG_DVB_CX22700 are both set to 'M' (or both set
to 'Y', if you prefer). I was able to build the kernel this way, but don't
have a way to test it.
