Package: linux-image-2.6.18-1-686
Version: 2.6.18-2
Followup-For: Bug #390759

Hi,

I figured out that the difference between 2.6.17 and 2.6.18 is due to
the different VMSPLIT options in use; 2.6.17 explicitly set
CONFIG_VMSPLIT_3G_OPT, but since CONFIG_EMBEDDED is disabled in 2.6.18,
the value used is the default CONFIG_VMSPLIT_3G.

I guess there's a reason behind the change...

Anyway, the attached patch fixes the bug.

Regards,

Stephen
