I'd suggest testing the latest snapshot kernel (see http://wiki.debian.org/DebianKernelReportingBugs) 1) Make sure you have the latest fw available for your card 2) Test the latest trunk snapshot kernel Assuming this doesn't fix the problem, please contact upstream (see MAINTAINERS file for contact address). I've reported issues to them before and they were quite responsive. They would prefer to fix the new driver rather than add more IDs to the old.
