This one has definitely been overcome by events. A while back I tested the card on a Windows machine, where it also seemed to have stopped working, so I came to the conclusion that the card was broken and threw it out. No idea whether breakage occurred before or after I reported this bug. If you have no other testers/reporters, you might as well just close the bug.
