I just noticed this bug report, and couldn't let be commenting... I believe "buried in ddp.c" is a little unprecise. ddp.c implements the EtherTalk Link Access Protocol (ELAP). See the header of net/appletalk/ddp.c:
* DDP: An implementation of the AppleTalk DDP protocol for * Ethernet 'ELAP'. If you want to run AppleTalk on Token Ring, then you need an implementation of the TokenTalk Link Access Protocol (TLAP). See e.g. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/internetworking/technology/handbook/AppleTalk.html#wp1020654 My guess is that you'd have to write that yourself. I would be surprised if there was a high demand... Bjørn -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [email protected]
