you provide zero information, how about if you start to
A) try out 2.6.32 from unstable
   woow yes there is a newer linux image out there,
   shouldn't that be tried out?

B) start giving infos on where your bug lies:
   dpkg -l mdadm udev util-linux-ng lvm2
   bootlog or at least picture of wrong boot.
