Sorry, i didn't mentioned that i'm using linux-image-2.6.26-2-686-bigmem (2.6.26-21lenny4) on Debian 5.0.4, 32 bits on a AMD64 Board. The behaviour is nearly the same as described with the 64bit kernel. I would like to verify this build as soon as it is available for me.
