Hello Joe, The file you sent in #580915 is outdated as the debconf templates for the linux-2.6 package have been reviewed by debian-l10n-english in the meantime.
Resycning your PO file with the current templates gives the attached PO file. Would you mind updating it and sending it back to this bug report? (please CC me if you do so) --
