I own an USB wlan dongle (Sitecom WL-352) which claims to be a rtl8191s device 
(usb-devices). 

I manually modprobed rtl8192s_usb, then restarted networking service but 
iwconfig says no wireless extensions are detected.

Should I file a normal bug report?
