Hi, I had these "scsi: killing requests for dead queue" in linux-next for a while. It's fixed there and in mainline, now.
Unfortunately, I saw these message when booting into linux-image-3.1.0-1-686-pae. The upstream fix is commit 745718132c ([SCSI] Silencing 'killing requests for dead queue').
