Yes, the patch was part of upstream 3.2.3.  As the top of [1] says:

 Found in versions 3.1.6-1, 3.1.8-2, 3.2.1-2
 Fixed in version 3.2.4-1

From /usr/share/doc/linux-image-3.2.0-1-amd64/changelog.Debian.gz:
