Is "wrzutce" the Polish for "TAF"
I don't know what TAF is, but I believe that in this context "wrzutka" was a (not very successful IMO) translation of "upload".
Is "leży i kwiczy" an idiom, or a cultural reference, or what?
It's a colloquial idiom. My phraseological dictionary says it means "is in a helpless situation".
