* "Popup" is the noun; the verb is "Pop up" (here and elsewhere).
* "Acceskey" is the opposite typo.
* I can't make out what this command is supposed to do.
That first typo is a good sign, though: I'd been worrying that maybe
this file was autogenerated somehow from comments in the code, so it
would be pointless to correct it.
Make it:
