(I don't see people.wml or philosophy.wml in the version I've got checked out; but I don't see any problems with the content in about.wml) There's still a word-choice glitch in why_debian.wml: <dd>Tired of old files from software three versions old cluttering your system? Or installing a piece of software only to find it causes your system to crash because of software conflicts? Dpkg, Debian's endured packaging system, takes care of these issues for you.</dd> "Endured" makes no sense here; is it trying to say something like "tried and tested"?
