L'usage est souvent de préfixer par [intl:fr] mais c'est une simple
convention qui date du temps où il n'y avait pas de tag l10n

Sinon, ta procédure est correcte.

Tu peux, pour te simplifier la vie, utiliser reportbug (apt-get
install reportbug). J'ai personnellement un mini script:

#!/bin/sh
echo -n "Reformatage (O/n)? "
read answer
if [ "$answer" = "O" -o "$answer" = "o" -o "$answer" = "" ]
then
      po-reformat fr.po
fi

reportbug --attach=fr.po
--body-file="/home/bubulle/src/debian/translation/po/patch-update.txt"
--offline -s "$1: [INTL:fr] French debconf templates translation"
--severity=wishlist --tag=patch --tag=l10n --no-config-files
--package-version="N/A" --list-cc="" $1

Dans patch-update.txt:

Please find attached the french debconf templates update, proofread by the
debian-l10n-french mailing list contributors.

Please, for the next updates you make to this package templates,
consider warning translators before uploading the package and leave
them a delay for translation updates.

The "podebconf-report-po" utility which is in the po-debconf package
starting from its 0.8.15 version will do this job for you. See its man
page for details.

If you already did this, please forget about these remarks, of
course....This message is generic..:-)
